Accessible parking
Accessible parking is available close to the front entrance of Ludlow Farmshop, the front entrance of Ludlow Kitchen and around the back access to The Clive Arms. These can be identified with ‘Disabled Parking Only’ signs and disabled icons are painted on the car park space itself.

Step-free features 
All of the businesses on-site have step free access. Here at the Clive Arms we have an accessible room with an accessible bathroom including shower chair.
There is also a lift to the gift shop floor in Ludlow Farmshop.

Accessible toilets 
Accessible toilets are located within The Clive Arms and at Ludlow Kitchen (outside access to the right of the front entrance)

Assistance available for customers 
We can provide a wheelchair for customers who need them as long as we are advised at the time of your booking.

How to recognise staff 
All staff are in a uniform of checked blue shirt and denim apron at Ludlow Farmshop and Ludlow Kitchen. At The Clive Arms staff wear a light blue shirt and brown waistcoat. All staff wear name badges.
