Our restaurant serves modern British food with a twist using ingredients sourced from the fields surrounding Ludlow.
Ludlow’s food has a reputation for excellence and at The Clive we like to think we are helping to uphold this reputation. Our chefs use fresh, local and seasonal ingredients to create food that is traditional with a modern twist. A selection of Ludlow restaurants have been recognised by the Michelin Guide and we are proud to be amongst those listed in the Michelin Guide.
We use ingredients from our estate including seasonal vegetables grown in Lady Windsor’s Walled Garden. Our bread, cheese, jams and pickles are handmade at the award winning Ludlow Food Centre and our meat is prepared by the Centre’s butchery team. Breakfast includes rare breed Gloucester Old Spot bacon, sausages and black pudding. Our lunch and dinner menus change with the seasons and include estate reared meat, line caught fish and locally grown vegetables. Above all our food is full of flavour and every dish has been carefully created to give you a dining experience to remember.
