Meet Our Sous Chef, Ross Evans!

Born in the blossoming town of Ludlow, Ross is no stranger to us at The Clive Arms.

At a young age, Ross moved to Cambridge to pursue his dreams of becoming an award-winning head chef. This is where he trained under celebrity head chef, Mark Poynton. After gaining knowledge and experience, Ross made his way around the country working in several AA Rosette and AAA Rosette venues.

Belted with 12 years of experience, Ross decided to return to his childhood town to be closer with friends and family, as he welcomes his first baby this spring!
