Duck: Duck breast, confit duck leg bonbon, textures of celeriac and beetroot, blackberry jus.

Red wine and rosemary poached pear, pear and vanilla puree, pressed pear, brandy snap.
Chocolate and beetroot brownie, blackberry gel, chocolate sauce, fresh blackberry.
Butternut pie, pumpkin seed and pistachio praline, maple and vanilla Chantilly.
