Santa’s helpers will welcome you into our magical winter grotto, where you can settle in and listen to Santa share his favourite festive stories. Each child will be invited up to tell Santa what they would like for Christmas and receive their very own special gift.

Every child will also receive a gingerbread biscuit, while parents can enjoy a delicious Ludlow Farmshop mince pie. Everyone who attends will also receive discount vouchers to use across the site, perfect for a little Christmas shopping while you’re here.

Tickets are £13.50 per child and £5 per adult.

30 minute time slots are available between 10am – 3pm each day.
